1. Which membership is right for me?
Aspire is for women starting or developing their professional journey. Elevate is for professionals looking to accelerate their career, expertise and leadership. Pioneer is for experienced professionals, senior leaders and founders ready to expand their influence and create impact.
2. What does my membership include?
All memberships provide access to AWEiSE's learning, community, networking and professional development opportunities. The depth of support and access increases across Aspire, Elevate and Pioneer.
3. Is mentoring & coaching included?
Yes but it varies according to to the level of the membership. Enhanced mentoring and coaching are available through Elevate and Pioneer, alongside other leadership and professional development opportunities. Specific access varies by membership level and programme availability.
4. Are AWEiSE programmes included in membership?
Some programmes and activities are included or offered with preferential member benefits. Others may have separate fees or eligibility requirements. Details will be provided for individual programmes.
5. Can I change my membership level as I progress?
Yes. As your career, leadership or entrepreneurial journey develops, you can move to a different membership level, subject to the applicable membership terms and pricing.
6. What is the difference between the three membership levels?
The three levels reflect different stages of professional development: Aspire → Start your journey Elevate → Accelerate your progression Pioneer → Lead. Influence. Create Impact. Each level builds on the previous one while introducing additional opportunities for development, connection and leadership.

I attended the first AWEiSE session, where Dr. Souad clearly explained the programme and shared the handbook, which helped me understand how AWEiSE works and what to expect. The second session was very interesting and valuable. It included highly professional members who shared unique and insightful perspectives. As a mentee, the role is to stay committed, participate actively, and apply the guidance while reflecting on personal progress. The mentoring structure and support help with goal setting and staying focused. I appreciate Dr. Souad and the AWEiSE team for creating a clear and supportive mentoring experience.
