I’m pleased to have completed the AWEiSE Accelerator Programme 2026.
A huge shout out and thank you to Dr. Souad Slyman PhD MA BSc (Hons) SFHEAand the AWEiSE CIC team for organising the programme and creating such a supportive space for learning, discussion, and collaboration. The training sessions, mentoring, and professional symposium helped me better understand my strengths and how I can continue developing my skills.

I attended the first AWEiSE session, where Dr. Souad clearly explained the programme and shared the handbook, which helped me understand how AWEiSE works and what to expect. The second session was very interesting and valuable. It included highly professional members who shared unique and insightful perspectives. As a mentee, the role is to stay committed, participate actively, and apply the guidance while reflecting on personal progress.
